BOOKING, RESCHEDULING, AND REFUND POLICY
 

Please read this Booking, Rescheduling, and Refund Policy (“Policy”) carefully. This Policy applies to all medical appointment booking (“Appointment”) purchases.

Booking. When you purchase an Appointment, you are purchasing an Appointment date and estimated time with a medical provider. Your purchase is for booking the Appointment only and does not include any costs, fees, or amounts related to medical services or any other services you may receive during the Appointment. We do not and cannot guarantee that your Appointment will start at the estimated time for which you purchased it and no refunds or rescheduling credit will be issued because your Appointment did not start at the estimated time. We recommend you arrive at least 20 minutes before the estimated time for your Appointment.

Rescheduling. If you need to reschedule your Appointment, you must do so no later than 72 hours before your original Appointment time and you must select a new Appointment that is no longer than 60 days from your original Appointment. If you reschedule your appointment at least 72 hours before your original Appointment time and select a new Appointment that is no longer than 60 days from your original Appointment, then you will receive a purchase credit for your new Appointment booking in the amount of your purchase for your original Appointment, and you will be charged or credited the difference between your original Appointment cost and your rescheduled Appointment cost.

If you reschedule your Appointment less than 72 hours from your original Appointment time, choose a new Appointment that is more than 60 days from your original Appointment, or fail to show up for your Appointment, you will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling purchase credit.

Refunds. If you need to cancel your Appointment and wish to receive a refund, then you must do so no later than one week before your original Appointment date. If you cancel your Appointment less than one week before your original Appointment date or fail to show up for your Appointment, you will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling purchase credit.
